The Power of Positive Thinking
How does our thinking impact the way that we feel? What if we could view every difficulty in a new way? A way that keeps our mind peaceful and happy.
Learn about our mind and its power to create all our positive, negative and neutral experiences. How can we reframe our view to a positive outlook and therefore create all the happiness we want? Through Buddha’s scientific teachings, we’ll explore this topic over three weeks.
