About This Overcoming Stress Workshop
Whatever our lifestyle, all of us will at times in our life experience stress. So much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.
At this workshop, Gen Tsalden will explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to reduce and finally eliminate stress. By applying this advice in our daily life we can come to enjoy a relaxed and peaceful mind all the time.
What will I learn?
- What exactly is stress?
- Why is it so easy for stress to arise?
- How we can begin learn to accept what is, and think differently about things.
- How we can help others by remaining calm in situations that normally stress us out.
