Half Day Meditation Workshop - ROBINA COMMUNITY CENTRE

Learn how to be happy and content in our modern ever-changing lives. Discover why difficult people and situations have no real power to cause us problems, and how they can even help us develop real peace of mind.

In this meditation day course Gen Kelsang Tsalden will explain the simple Buddhist meditation and positive thinking techniques for enjoying happiness and a peaceful mind, regardless of the difficulties and uncertainties that arise in our life.

COVID19 PRECAUTIONS & RESTRICTIONS

Robina Community Centre complies with COVID-safe guidelines. The Auditorium will is sanitised before and after each event and hand sanitiser will be available at the event. Social distancing measures will be in place and chairs may not be moved from their position. NO SHARED CATERING is permissible at the event, including tea, coffee and snacks. Robina Town Centre is very close and is available for refreshments during the course break from 11am to 11.25am. You are also welcome to bring snacks, however these must only be consumed during the break.

  • If you are feeling unwell on the day or have been in contact with anyone who is unwell, please do not attend on the day – we will arrange a refund for you.

Gen Kelsang Tsalden

Gen Kelsang Tsalden is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun who has practised Kadampa Buddhism for over 14 years, training in Sydney and the UK. With over 10 years experience as a Resident Teacher her clear, inspiring teachings and gentle manner make Buddhist wisdom accessible to all.
