What To Expect At A Class
Meditation & Buddhism classes include guided meditations and Buddhist teachings that are very practical and easily applied to help solve daily problems and experience more peace of mind. There’s no need to book or bring anything. Everyone is welcome.
Each class begins with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the teaching. There is also an opportunity to ask questions.
You don’t need to have any particular beliefs or previous meditation experience.
