About This Love, Desire, Attachment Workshop

Many of the difficulties we experience in relationships arise from confusing love with attachment. While love naturally brings happiness and harmony, attachment often leads to frustration, jealousy, and dissatisfaction.

In this workshop we will explore practical Buddhist teachings that help us understand these differences and learn how to develop genuine love while letting go of attachment.

Through guided meditation and clear explanations, you will discover how these insights can help bring greater peace and balance to your relationships.

What will I learn?

  • The difference between love and attachment
  • Why attachment leads to dissatisfaction
  • How meditation helps develop genuine love and patience
  • Practical ways to bring greater harmony into relationships

What to expect

  • Practical teachings from Buddhist wisdom
  • Time for quiet reflection
  • Advice on applying meditation in daily life
