In-Depth Meditation Workshops
Held Quarterly - Sundays 10am to 1pm
Delve deeper into fundamental Buddhist understandings and how they can transform our life and lead to greater experiences of inner peace and happiness.
About Our In-Depth Meditation Workshops
While our regular workshops focus on practical methods for everyday challenges, these in-depth sessions offer an opportunity to explore Buddhist philosophy and meditation in greater detail.
In these workshops, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of Buddhist explanations of topics such as death, faith, Tantric practice and the essence of Modern Buddhism.
These workshops differ from our regular meditation workshops because they:
- explore deeper Buddhist teachings
- offer a more detailed explanation of the philosophy
provide time to reflect on how the teachings apply to daily life
Who do they suit?
These workshops are suitable for anyone interested in understanding Buddhist philosophy more deeply. Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you are new to meditation or have been practising for some time.
What happens at an In-Depth Workshop?
Each workshop includes:
• guided meditation

• time for reflection and questions
