UNDERSTANDING DEATH

We are alive therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most
obvious truth. But what is death, and what happens when we die?

Contemplating our own mortality leads to a profoundly worry-free and happy life, and inspires us to prepare for this inevitable event so we can face it without fear.

In this lecture Gen Kelsang Tsalden will explain the powerful Buddhist meditation on death. We will learn how understanding death enables us to live lightly and is one of the kindest and wisest things we can do for both ourself and others.

TIME: 7pm to 8pm, plus Q & A

COST: $20
