MEDITATION WORKSHOP MACLEAN
Learning To Forgive
Take a few hours out of your busy life to reflect, meditate, and learn how to begin to let go of anger and resentment towards others; as well as the art of forgiving ourself.
Sunday 16 August | 10am to 1pm
About This Dealing With Anxiety Workshop
Life is too short and our relationships are too valuable to hold onto anger forever. In this course we will explore practical methods for learning to let go of anger and resentment towards others, as well as ourself. This will help us to enjoy more lightness and confidence, bringing harmony to our relationships and more meaning and peace to our life.
In this workshop, Gen Tsalden will explain how to develop these strong, courageous minds that enable us to be free from resentment – as well as the art of forgiving ourself.
What will I learn?
- How to think differently about what has happened in the past
- Why other people behave in difficult ways
- How we can begin to let go of all the anger and resentment we feel.
- How we show others that forgiveness is possible and help them to also let go of the pain of anger.
