In a world of constant notifications, comparisons and distractions, it’s easy to feel restless and disconnected. But true peace isn’t about escaping the world, but transforming how we relate to it. At this public talk, National Spiritual Director, Gen Rabten will share Buddha’s timeless wisdom and guide us through simple meditations to step back from mental busyness, quiet the inner noise and reconnect with clarity, focus and joy. Discover to how to stay calm and centred no matter what’s happening around you. Everyone welcome.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER – GEN KELSANG RABTEN

Gen Kelsang Rabten is the Resident Teacher of KMC Australia (Dandenong Ranges) and KMC Melbourne (CBD). Ordained in 1994, he has studied under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 30 years. He has taught in many centres around the world including Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia.

Gen Rabten exemplifies the essence of the modern Kadampa’s way of life, brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
