Modern life can be tough, especially in the middle of a global pandemic, where everything is uncertain. Learn how to overcome feelings of despondency and hopelessness, and discover the opportunity for great meaning and direction that human life can offer, even while we are stuck at home!

Everyone is welcome. Classes include guided meditations and Buddhist teachings that are very practical and easily applied to help solve daily problems and experience more peace of mind. There is no need to book or bring anything, you can drop-in any week.

Our meditation classes are designed so that you can drop in to any class, any week without the need to pre-register or attend an entire course.

Our classes are held at Maclean Civic Hall, making it easy for you to drop in to a class anytime for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom.
