MEDITATION RETREAT
KOONJEWARRE CAMP, SPRINGBROOK
PART-SILENT RETREAT
A retreat is a time when we stop all forms of busyness and extraneous activities and spend time concentrating on a particular meditation practice. By observing silence on retreat, our mind will naturally become more calm and clear, and we will find it easier to clear away the distractions that interfere with our meditation practice. Through developing a clearer and more concentrated mind, we will be able to understand our meditation object more deeply and thereby gain a deeper experience of it.
From after breakfast until the end of the second session each day, we will refrain from verbal and physical interaction with others.
RETREAT FEES AND BOOKING
The retreat includes all meals and accommodation. This an onsite-only retreat and booking will be taken for the whole retreat only, with arrival on Friday afternoon/evening. Accommodation options include basic single-sex dormitories or camping.
Prices:
- Camping $295pp
