It is impossible to go through our life without feeling harmed or insulted by others. If we have minds of patience, love and compassion, however, we are able to keep a peaceful mind in these situations, without getting angry or upset. We can free our mind from resentment, which only causes us pain, and we can gain the freedom to let go and move on with our life.

At this half-day workshop Resident Teacher Gen Tsalden will explain some essential Buddhist meditations for developing these strong, courageous minds – as well as the art of forgiving ourself.
