INNER PEACE IN 2024

LIFE WITHOUT STRESS

Whatever our lifestyle, all of us will at times in our life experience stress. So much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.

On this drop-in course, will explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to reduce and finally eliminate stress. By applying this advice in our daily life we can come to enjoy a relaxed and peaceful mind all the time.

Cost:$15* (Centre members free) Buy a 4 or 10 class pass and save.

Our drop-in classes are suitable for everyone and consist of simple guided meditations and teachings.
