It is possible to be truly happy – to be happy all the time – regardless of our external conditions. The secret lies in understanding where happiness really comes from and how to develop it. In Buddha’s teachings we find the scientific methods for improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind.

During this course Gen Tsalden will explain these methods and how practising them leads to the daily peace and happiness we long for. Developing this happiness is not difficult, or a deep spiritual mystery – it’s just something we need to learn.

Our meditation classes are designed for everyone, whether you are an experienced meditator, or just beginning. Classes include two guided meditations, teaching and time for dicussion and questions. Everyone is welcome.

NO CASH SALES ON THE NIGHT FOR BOOK PURCHASES - EFTPOS ONLY. PLEASE BRING DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY A BOOK.
